  9. Dear friend

We have been following each other’s blog for quite some time now. I want to thank you for that. As my blog grew I struggled to give as much in return as I was receiving. I am sorry for that.

Due to this, I am moving my work to this newly created website:

    http://whitetreasures.weebly.com/

I am staying on WP without much content shared.

I wish you all the very best♡ ♡.

    Love, Isabella

  161. Thank you so much for such a lovely compliment! I call it “The Ninth Life,” because I encourage people to live life today as if there were no tomorrow. Have you ever heard of the expression, “Cats have nine lives”? 🙂

  162. Hi KL – thank you for dropping by my blog and giving me the follow. Touche! I am afraid I like cheese, though. I hope that won’t subject me to prejudice, or anything.

  167. Ever since I was a little girl, people would say, “But you haven’t had my macaroni and cheese! You will love it!” So I tried it! And, I haven’t like anybody’s! Not even my own mother’s! And, I love her cooking! Lol! 🙂

  168. Hey, thanks for following my book page, feel free to follow my personal page terryajenkins.wordpress.com.

  169. Dear K.L my friend! That’s great! 🙂 I’ve been many times in LA, NYC and Boston. Never been to Georgia though I’m connected with Georgia via Coke, CNN I watch daily, and of course via Matlock, the old series of a lawyer in Atlanta from the late 80ies and beginning of the 90ies, which they broadcast here in Austria and Germany all over again, promoting a probably out-dated image of Atlanta 🙂 Nevertheless it would be great to meet you one day in Savannah or in Vienna, in one of the famous and coffee houses of Vienna, like the glamorous Café Central in old town Vienna 🙂

  170. I’m not a fan of mac n cheese either, unless I make it. Kraft mac n cheese….ewww! 🙂

  171. Hi Aimee! I sure am glad you decided to stop by! Please feel free to make yourself at home, and I will be sure to do the same! Looking forward to getting to know you! 🙂

  172. Yay! That is wonderful news! Go Georgia! Go green! Go Sydney! You are so warm and welcoming! Looking forward to getting to know you better my friend! 🙂

  175. Thank you very much K.L.! Because of you I already could give Georgia the green color on the map of my readers/followers to join the club of green States, which are home of my readers and followers in the USA. So even though every reader/follower counts, you as the first one from Georgia had the special power to green your home state on my US-map 🙂 as you can see on https://immanuelfruhmann.wordpress.com/sydneys-world-view/
Best wishes from Austria and a delicious spaghetti experience! 🙂

  176. Hi Shari! No problem my friend! I appreciate you following as well! Looking forward to getting to know you better! Enjoy your weekend! 🙂

  179. Hi Sydney! I am honored to be the first person to visit your site from Georgia! Thank you for letting me know! I read your recommendation: Olive oil, sweet butter, feta cheese, and oregano! That sounds delicious! I will definitely try it the next time I make spaghetti! Yum! 🙂

  180. Hi, just wanted to stop by and thank you for following me. I am super appreciative. So, thank you, again. 🙂

  181. Hello from Türkiye… just wanted to say “thank you”, I appreciate your recent ‘follow’, knowing how many interesting and entertaining blogs there are out there.

Blogging since June 2013, my little corner of the world tries to offer an eclectic smattering of posts, from basic amateur photography, to sharing my travel adventures over the decades, as well as day-to-day happenings here on our fruit farm in southern Turkey. I also throw in a few of my observations on life and lighter-hearted stuff for good measure.

You are more than welcome to have a look around, stay a while and have a trawl through my collection. There are plenty of categories within the drop-down menus to help in said digging process.

Hope you have a great day…

    SPIKE

  182. and btw regarding your beloved spaghetti 🙂 …as European I recommend to try my favorite personal creation from Austria: when the hot spaghetti are on your plate put as topings one spoon of virgin olive oil, one chip of sweet butter on it and mixt it all together until these two topings are absorbed by the spaghetti. And then put some crumbs of Greek feta cheese (salty sheep’s cheese looking a little like curb), and oregano on top of the spaghetti. It has a very fresh taste is a light and tasty meal, and with it you’ll avoid the macaroni + hot cheese combo. Bon appétit! 🙂

  183. Hey K.L.
it’s very nice to read what and how you write about your mission! Btw you are the first from the state of Georgia visiting my site, and became follower right away. Thank you for stopping by on my site. Best wishes from Austria to Savannah! 🙂

  198. Thank you for the follow, K.L.! Look forward to reading more of your insightful posts. For the record, I don’t like mac and cheese, either. How is it that this little detail can engender such violent objections in others? I know people who have stronger feelings about m&c than they do about things like human trafficking!!

  201. Hi, K.L.! Thank you for following my blog, “Enlightenment in Every Day”, I so appreciate it! I’ve been reading your work and love it…you’re so brave to put your art out there! With gratitude, Rebecca

  202. Wow K.L., poetry, fashion, theology … and dental advice? What a blog! Thanks for following mine; you’re my very first follower!

I’m curious, though, about what prompted you to follow it. The entire content of the blog, right now, is a single post about my favorite subject: me. That autobiographical sketch is the first assignment for an online writing class that begins next week. I’ll be posting other writing assignments and stories as I complete them so, someday, the blog might be interesting. If you found something meritorious in the blog as it stands today, I’d sure like to know what it is!

Want to know what you’re doing right? Well … lots of things, but your posts’ signature line is so perfect it gives me goose bumps! Keep up the good work — I’ll be sure to stop by from time to time.

  203. Hi there! Thank you for taking time to read (and like) my Mother’s Day blog post. I typically self-edit my posts a lot but I wanted to keep it as pure as I could with this post so I posted it as it was!

Glad to have come across your blog! It’ll make a really good read for a rainy day 🙂

  206. Hello! I wanted to thank you for following my blog. It really means a lot! I read up your poem from yesterday, and found it astounding. The way you are with words is amazing. Your other most recent post, about “bad bacteria” and the like, caught me by surprise (in a good way, of course). Haha. I also love that you wish to use your page as a source of inspiration. Again, amazing. 🙂

    Anyways, thank you once again.

    Have a good day! x

  207. Hi Susan! I enjoyed your blog as well! You have me wanting to visit the Ocala National Forest! My fiancee lives in Gainesville. 🙂

  210. It is truly my pleasure and I look forward to your future posts. I hope you enjoy my work as much as I have yours! It is so rare to find genuine emotion in todays society (even on here) Thank you for rising above the masses of sheeple and being real with your work.

  211. I have just stopped being weepy for something else entirely. And here you go making me weepy again! You’re very welcome. I love your blog and our “conversations” here.

  225. Thank you for your kind thoughts about The Avengers: Age of Ultron–it was a dismal experience, an expensive nap! I try to see nearly all types of films, but this one was just expensive, with no justification for the expense. I did not have any caring for any of the characters, they simply did not resonate on an intelligent level. Oh, well, pay your money, take your chances!

  226. Hello! Thank you for recently visiting my blog and following. I truly appreciate that and look forward to our new connection. I am returning the favor and am following you also and look forward to becoming better acquainted with your work. Have a great evening!! 🙂

  261. Hi, i just find your blog. I like it. Today i am upset due to wordpress two STEP VERYFICATION. I am
geting verifiction code. Tried many times very bad experience. That is happend with my other blogs. If you have any suggation please let me know.

  262. One of the reasons i started my blog was that I want to inject some hope and life into a culture that seems bent on the opposite. We have enough voices speaking death and emptiness. Jesus said, “My words are spirit and …life” I think this is what we all should strive for. I think you are a life speaker. Your work is needed so keep it up. Be blessed sister.

  263. Hi Pastor Mark! Thank you so much for reading and sharing from your heart! It is so greatly appreciated! I look forward to getting to know you better! 🙂

  264. I’m happy for the ”likes” on my, The Late Great Bob Marley blog. He was something else. He spoke on history that many black Americans didn’t know about at that time. And how many of us wore our hair like that at that time? Not as many as today. I still have Exodus to listen to. Take care.

  265. Thanks for the follow! I look forward to checking out more of your blog posts. Looks like a really interesting site.

  266. K.L. I really enjoy your writing. It is uplifting and challenging. You engage life with faith, hope and love. Keep up the good work. I’m looking forward to reading more. Pastor Mark

I have the writing skills, and the proofing ability. But, at the moment, my site is not as architecturally arranged. I tell myself it is to preserve my pure art but it is probably also some laziness. Ha!!

  314. Love, love, love your about section ❤ Our best friend is a dentist. In fact I have an appt. with him this weekend, ugh. Oh well, just get it done. Reading your about section just put a smile on my face. I am in a very difficult place right now and I need all the inspirational thoughts that I can get. It's hard to get through a day w/o crying. But as my old, Italian Grandmama use to say, "What doesn't kill us makes us stronger !!!" Well I must be the strongest woman I know. Thanks for the good thought ❤

  315. Thank you for following! I appreciate it so so much. I didn’t really start blogging for followers, I just wanted a place to talk (mainly to myself whilst everyone looks at me like lunatic lol) I never thought people would care what a 13 year old from West Virginia would have to say. You don’t understand how much it means, thank you ❤

  351. Thanks for stopping by and liking my post, “It Rises”. Your blog is great. You’re obviously a very talented young woman.

  352. Greetings from San Francisco, K.L. Register:

A lot of good vibes at your blog. Have you ever seen W.C. Fields’ comic short entitled “The Dentist”? It can be seen on YouTube and is hilarious, especially when W.C. Fields attempts to extract a lady patient’s bad tooth the old-fashioned way. Another thing I feel like sharing just off the top of my head, still fresh in my mind, is only the week before this one (I watch movies from all over the spectrum, from different cultures, both high art and low brow and everything in between), I watched this incredibly well-done movie from 1964 entitled “Nothing but a Man”. The movie is about a young black man, working class realist, and a young black woman, educated preacher’s daughter, falling in love in the racist south of the early 60’s, and the forces which conspire to tear their relationship apart. It’s a deeply human movie. But in this movie the preacher’s daughter is played by Abbey Lincoln, who in real life was not only an actress but an activist and an amazing jazz singer who is said to have shared in her singing ability and style some affinity to Billie Holiday (though Billie Holiday was truly inimitable). I only discovered Abbey Lincoln watching this movie. I knew nothing about her – I was just mesmerized by her natural beauty. After I watched the movie I got on-line and had to find out more about her, and discovered a fascinating and complex personality, powerful and original, no doubt at times a real handful to those closest to her. She was married and eventually divorced the Jazz percussionist Max Roach. I watched this interview clip of Roach, and he said the trumpeter great Dizzy Gillispie, when he first saw and was introduced to Abbey Lincoln, said to her: “Baby, if beauty was a disease, you’d be fucked up.”

  361. Noodles! we don’t eat cheese and noodles over here, we eat proper macaroni and cheese! Unless of course your noodles are our macaroni, in which case I’ll let you off! This conversation is making me feel hungry

  362. Aww! Thank you so much my friend for taking time out to read and share your heart! I appreciate it so much! I try not to aim for perfection. 365. What an eye you have and a beautiful but simple way to put it out there for people to read and understand. I visited because you liked a post of mine and here I am reading way back into December! Many times I wait until I think a post is near perfect before I post, but reading yours, I realize that moments that affect me will affect others and putting them out there as I write them will most times be better than trying for perfection. Thanks for the like and I’m looking forward to more from you!

  366. Thanks for following my blog. 🙂 May the Lord continue to bless you.

  379. You always know how to make me smile…BOB! Ha ha ha! I go by K.L. because I think it sounds more like a writer’s name. Hint: You are close! 😉

  380. Hi my friend! So glad you decided to stop by! Please feel free to stop by anytime you would like and make yourself at home! I will definitely do the same! 🙂

  381. I was sitting here dining on left over macaroni and cheese with a salad and a bit of cottage cheese and I said to myself “Bob, I wonder what K. would think of this.” My name isn’t Bob, but sometimes when I talk to myself I like to use a different name just to see if I’m paying attention to myself. I went on “I know K. doesn’t like mac and cheese, but she has never shared her position on left over mac n cheese.” I went on “I wonder if she’s anti all mac n cheese or is it just the box kind of mac n cheese because I make an awesome seven cheese mac n cheese.” This lead me to think “I wonder why K. goes by initials instead of her given name?” “With the name of her blog referencing felines in a round about way could her name be Katherine, or Katrina, or…..” Then I realized that I had finished my dinner without enjoying it because you had side tracked my mind. Just because you don’t like m&c doesn’t mean you have to mess with others on the subject! 😉 So, was I close with my guess?

    Your goofy old bud,
    R.I.

  382. Good Morning K. L., As can be clearly seen in my posting, I type with a Midwestern drawl, but I wonder how’s come you don’t post with a southern accent beings how you are from Georgia? 😉

  449. You went and done it. You went and followed Uncle Bardie’s Stories & Such. You are now one of Uncle Bardie’s Band of Merry Followers. Just so you know, Uncle Bardie’s a hoot, and he’s got quite a few whoppers in his bag of stories. Some funny, some not so funny. But all told for your entertainment. Thank you for following his blog.

  450. Hey there. Thanks for you follow on my blog 🙂

Just visited yours now and I have to say, I LOVE what I’ve seen so far. Thank you again. For both the follow and helping me discover your amazing writing.

  451. Hi KL,
Thanks for visiting my blog and I love what you say in your about page and look forward to reading more of your posts xx Rowena

  452. Thanks for following! Love the line in your About Me about every victory and defeat making you a stronger and wiser person, could not agree more!

  453. Well, hello Robin! I sure will count you in! I don’t mind at all. Feel free to take your time and look around! Make yourself at home my friend! 🙂

  454. Hi K.L.,
Your blog looks interesting, although I have yet to read any posts. I usually (but not always) like to check out the About page first. I love the purpose of your blog! Count me in 🙂
    Robin

  455. Hello Elouise! It is a pleasure to meet you! You don’t seem like an introvert from the comment above. You seem very open and friendly! Which is very refreshing! By the way, I enjoyed the combination of photos as well as creative writing on your blog! I look forward to seeing and reading more! Thank you such for stopping by and saying, “Hello!” Come back by, anytime! 🙂

  456. So pleased to meet you! I just read three of your posts. Fabulous! And even better? You’re from Savannah! I lived there from age 7 until I got married. I love going back. I also see you live in Valdosta–which I don’t remember, but know I used to visit as part of a job I had once upon a time! Thanks so much for the follow. Just reading your responses to comments is wonderful and enlightening for me–a total introvert next to you! You’re abundantly blessed with overflowing hospitality! Thanks for including my blog in your travels. I’m going to follow back right now.
    Elouise

  457. Hello there! Thank you for dropping by and *following* my humble blog. 🙂 I’m following yours as well. Thanks for being special ❤

  458. Hi K.L. Thank you for following my blog. I really like the ethos of your ‘about’ page, and am about to check out the rest.
    Evangeline

  459. Thanks for following my blog. Your post about looking our problems through bifocal lens is really thought provoking and motivating..

  460. Thank you so much for stopping by Dr. Tonelli! I greatly appreciate you following me as well! Looking forward to getting to know you better!

  461. My favorite is the traditional spaghetti with ground beef, noodles, sauce, and plenty of cheese. True Confession: Sometimes I add ranch dressing to it! Hmm! It delights the soul! As far as the flossing goes: Well, today is a new day! It’s never too late to start flossing more regularly! I appreciate you stopping by and sharing your heart! 🙂

  462. What’s your favorite kind of spaghetti? I like bolognese myself. Thanks a lot for liking my blog post. I look forward to reading more of your work. I also regret to confess that I don’t floss often enough; please forgive me for my negligence.

  463. Hi Dee! I just wanted to say, “Thank You” for visiting. I look forward to reading more of your work as well! Feel free to stop back by anytime you would like! Have a great weekend! 🙂

  464. Thank you for stopping by and following toooo! I look forward to reading more of your book reviews and discussions! I hope you have a great weekend too! 🙂

  465. I am so honored that you read and enjoyed it! There is so much more that I wanted to say, but I wanted to have something to say later. I’m a constant chatterbox, but I was worried I would run out of things to write about. lol You would probably love it down here. The locals are full of that Southern Charm I’ve heard so much about. A lady (complete stranger) actually stopped my daughter and corrected her for giving me a little attitude yesterday! It was good for her to hear it from someone other than me and her father! Anyway, I hope that you will continue to enjoy my posts, and I’m sure I will continue to enjoy yours as well! And thank you for the tips!

  466. so glad to her that you found your purpose and have been at peace with who you are! I love it! Just imagine how life would be if everyone knew their purpose!

  467. K.L., I want to thank you for following my blog. I read what you wrote about yours. I completely understand the need to be who we were made to be. I know I struggled with trying to be what I thought others wanted me to be for many years before I finally realized that everyone had a different opinion of who I should be, and then I didn’t know who I was. Then I learned to find out who God created me to be and for what purpose, and to be who he made me to be, even if it didn’t please everyone else, and I have been at peace ever since with who I am. Sue

  468. Aww! You brought tears to my eyes! You seem to have such a sweet sweet spirit! I joined the site last year right before Christmas. I was off of work for two weeks and wanted to try something new besides facebook to preoccupy my time. So, I joined WordPress! As for me, I don’t have an exact posting schedule. I just post whenever I feel like it. So far, that has been about once per week. I enjoy writing as well as reading other people’s work. So, I read a lot of other people’s blogs. It has given me knowledge, inspiration, ideas, encouragement, and hope. As far as whether to post long or short post, I just post whatever I feel like posting! I like testing new ideas and seeing how people respond! Also, I checked out your page. You should enable the like button to be directly underneath each of your posts; that way after someone reads your work they can directly hit the like button instead of searching for it. If a person has to search for it, chances are they won’t hit it, even if they read and liked your work. I hope this helps. If you have any more questions, please let me know!!! And I must admit: Your “Adventure Awaits” post made me so jealous! Loved it! 🙂

  469. Thanks KL! I will make note of that. I have heard the beaches are nice. Thanks sweetie. 🙂

  470. A lot of people love the beach and the downtown area! Savannah is filled with tourist from all over! Saint Patrick’s Day is usually one of the best events around here!

  471. That’s great! I’ve been in sunny Cali all my life. But I got family in the south. But I could see retiring out there. What places should I visit in Savannah? What are hot spots?

  472. You’re very welcome. I do you like Georgia? I was out in the ATL a few years ago. I had no idea how beautiful Georgia was. How long have you lived there?

  473. Cool blog KL. You have some cool posts. You’re a stunning beauty I might add. 🙂

  474. I have been skinny for most of my life, however, I did put on quite a bit of weight during dental school. After I graduated, I returned to back to the size I was before I started. So, I know what it’s like to be up and down. Thank you for stopping by as well! Stop back by anytime you would like! 🙂

  475. Hey, thanks for all the likes and the follow. I look forward to talking with you in the future. Also, I’m assuming you’ve had success with weight loss, so congratulations on that too!

  476. Hello K. L. I came to check you out, since you started following me, and fell in love with your perception of life and the way you express it! It’s absolutely beautiful! May I ask you a few questions? How long have you been blogging and how have you gotten so many people to your site? I’ve only been blogging since this past summer, and I haven’t been as dedicated to it as I would like to be. I had this notion that every post had to be well thought out and have some serious meaning to it. But looking at your site, I see some quick thoughts and I love it! So maybe, if I’m not so inspired to be long winded, maybe I’ll just jot down a few small thoughts and post! Also, I read somewhere that you have to decide when you will post (once a week on a Monday, once a month on the 1st, etc) and keep it to that so that the people following you would know when to expect the next post. But I see here that you don’t follow that rule. Ok, so I guess rules were meant to be broken! lol So, what I am saying is that I would like to grow my “fan base” (is that the right words?) and I’m looking for advice from you, if you pleas,. if you have the time.
Thanks for putting yourself out there and sharing your positivity and joy! This world needs more wonderful people like you!

  477. Looking forward to reading more of your blog as well! It is definitely versatile! Feel free to stop back by anytime you would like! Look forward to chatting with you again, Nancy! 🙂

  481. Thank you too, I will definitely be looking at more of your posts. And if it’s okay, I’d like to reblog them if I can. Because some of them are interesting

  482. Hi Rolain! You just nailed it: “Inspiring people to pursue their destiny!” I couldn’t have said it any better myself. Feel free to come back by anytime to read and share! Thanks so much for stopping by! 🙂

  483. Oh wow! My heart, ears, and eyes are smiling all at once! Oh, and my lips are too! Your comment is my hope: to echo “the voice of so many people!” You made my day! Thank you so much for sharing! 🙂

    Thank you for the follow!

  485. I read your post about the two pairs of glasses. I totally agree with you, and I have a plan to get A Journey of Faith published this year. This is the first book of a series I’m working entitled The Chosen path.
In this compelling story, Becca Martin witnessed a tragic accident at the age of twelve, during a rick climbing trip with her family. Sixteen years later, she is still plagued by horrible nightmares, but she has no idea what could have happened to scare her away from rick climbing. However, one of the dreams she has, makes her want to go climbing again. She leaves her apartment and her high-end job to travel down the path that God has chosen for her.
During her travels, she meets the father of a woman who was killed at the park where Becca’s family used to go rock climbing. She also gets reacquainted with her long lost aunt.
Her aunt and uncle share with her the shocking news that she has been diagnosed with terminal breast cancer. This conversation between Becca and her relatives unlocks a memory that she has kept hidden for the past sixteen years. How does Becca receive devine healing and make peace with herself and with God once this memory is unlocked? Is she able to face her fear of rock climbing, or will her past forever keep her from doing the things she loves. If you would like to read this compelling story, please vote for it at http://soopllc.com/blog/book-ideas/journey-faith-ann-harrison

  501. Hi KL! Thanks for checking out my blog! I am surprised to find someone does not line Mac ‘n cheese….there are sooooo many varieties out there. Maybe I should write a segment in my blog reviewing all of the Mac n cheese recipes I can get my hands on….sounds like a yummy journey to me!
Anyways, I read you are a dentist! That’s awesome. Not enough female dentists in my area. Props to you, girl! I look forward to following you & reading more of your blog. Take care xoxo

  505. Ha ha ha! Macaroni and Cheese was all that it took to change your opinion! I love reading poetry! I will definitely stop by and visit!

  506. Thank you for stopping by today to read the day’s scripture. Mark

  507. I enjoy reading as well as writing! Thanks for stopping by! May God richly bless you as well! Look forward to reading more of your post!

  508. Thank you so much for stopping by and thank you for such thoughtful words. You said the key word: Work! If you put in the time and work; you will reach your goals! I believe in you!

  509. I have my full degree in a lowly bachelors of veterinary nursing but have always kept a strong hand in the arts through writing, painting, and plauing the piano. I totally understand that split feeling. Inalso tend to over analyze everything; hence the breaking it down to brain hemispheres

  510. Hi Kitcatlucy! Love the screen-name! Anyways, I sure do appreciate you commenting! I never really thought about it that way (i.e. using both the right and left hemispheres of the brain). I always thought of it as just being me! However, I do appreciate the way that you explained it! It sounds as if you think very similarly…

  511. Thank you SO SO much for liking one of my posts! and…you…don’t like mac and cheese!?! :O

  512. I love this blog. To see that there are others out there with successfully split minds. One side for the medicine/science and one for the creative, with both being so strong and used constantly. So many times people seem to be merely one or the other.

  513. Greetings K.L
Thank you for visiting my page and for the like! I’ve explored some of your work as well and it’s quite awesome. I hope to work my way up toward the success that you’ve earned~ very inspiring!

  514. Thank you for liking my post on “Playing the Blame Game.” I hope God touched you in some way through it. May He richly bless you!

  515. Thanks KL Register for stopping by http://awordfrommalachi.com and liking ‘arrows winged with the Constitution of the United States of America’. The enemies of the gospel are using our very freedoms and liberties to propagate their anti-Christ spirit. We are living in very difficult times.

    Peace in Yeshua
    brother malachi

  516. Thank you so much for nominating me Tricia! I haven’t been on the site very long! But the fact that you thought of me, really made my day. Thank you, again! 😀

  517. Me too! Don’t you think some clever musician should put this to music? I wrote the poem as future lyrics. I do stuff like that from time to time.

    B

  518. Thank you so much for visiting my blog and liking one of my poems. Happy blogging in 2015!

  520. Thank you so much for following my blog. You have such lovely, inspirational posts. I look forward to reading more in the future.

  521. Ha a macaroni cheese phobic! Takes me back to my primary school and badgering my mother to give me a note to excuse me Wednesday’s shepherd’s pie. Took years of counselling and devotion to overcome it. Thank you for the follow! Look forward to reading more of your blog.

  522. I love your style
    😀
I am an Okie Red-neck with a British-ized style because of mom and wrecked grammar because of Pakistan. 😀 Nice to meet you! I speed read so don’t go thinking that I am just clicking ‘like-like-like’ 😛

  523. Hi, K. L. Register;
